Thank you for shopping with Peridot Gifts. Because Peridot Gifts features products from a curated collection of independent artisans, makers, and vendors, shipping times and methods may vary by product.

Order Processing

Orders are generally submitted for fulfillment promptly after your purchase is completed.

Many products offered by Peridot Gifts are shipped directly by the independent vendor who created or supplied the product. Processing times may therefore vary depending upon the item and vendor.

Estimated processing or shipping information provided on a product page is an estimate and is not a guarantee of a specific delivery date.

Orders Containing Multiple Products

Products in the same order may be supplied by different Peridot Gifts vendors.

As a result, a single order may arrive in two or more separate packages and on different days.

You will not be charged additional shipping solely because Peridot Gifts or its vendors divide an order into multiple shipments beyond the shipping charges presented to you at checkout.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping charges may vary based upon the products ordered, delivery destination, shipping method, and other factors.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it may be provided by email or through your order information.

Tracking information may take some time to update after a shipping label has been created.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates provided by Peridot Gifts, shipping carriers, or vendors are estimates only.

Once a package has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, circumstances outside the reasonable control of Peridot Gifts may affect delivery, including weather, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your purchase.

If you discover an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Peridot Gifts at hello@peridotgifts.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please retain the product, packaging, shipping materials, and shipping label if an item arrives damaged. We may request photographs or other information to help us evaluate the issue and work with the applicable vendor or shipping carrier.

Delivery Issues

Peridot Gifts will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipping problems. Resolution may depend upon the circumstances of the shipment, the shipping carrier's policies, and information available from the applicable vendor.
